The love of cooking has been driving chef Sophia to criss cross many parts of Vietnam famous for their unique foods to learn about them, and now chef Sophia has incorporated those experiences in her already famous cooking career to open her first restaurant Việt Nam Quán on Bellaire Southwest Houston.
